Intelligent TV

From the TV spot to the order, decided. Every way to buy (direct checkout, the phone, a retail marketplace) is ordered for this visitor by the score, before they choose.

Every way to buy, in the right order.

Most brands show every visitor the same buying options in the same order. Intelligent TV reads the score at the order button and orders the paths (direct, call, marketplace) so each visitor sees the one most likely to convert at the highest value, and the brand keeps the direct relationship where it is worth the most.

  1. SignalThe Intelligent Tag fires on the product or offer page.
  2. IdentityThe visitor is resolved, cross-device.
  3. GraphThe visitor is matched against the portfolio customer graph.
  4. DecisionThe standard decision model returns the state, with the buying paths, their order, and the offer chosen for it.
  5. ActivationThe order button renders the paths in the decided order.
  6. AttributionWhich path the buyer took, and what it was worth, is written back.

The flagship model. The IH Score is the standard model in the model library. Other models, and custom models built on a brand's own outcomes, decide alongside it.

Ecommerce

The order button

Each visitor sees the buying path that fits them first, instead of the one that fits the average.

Growth

Channel mix

Direct, phone, and marketplace stop competing for the same buyer and start covering different ones.

Finance

Margin by path

Direct where it earns the most; marketplace where the direct relationship would not pay back.
